Enrollment, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A course participant may withdraw from a course after registration provided
that cimdi is advised in writing 5 working days prior to the start of
the class. A full refund will be provided.
If a participant withdraws within five days of the course date the fee
will be forfeited. A participant may authorize another individual from
the same company to attend the class with no fee penalty.
If a participants elects to rescheduled the class during this five day
period, it will be subject to a 75$ administration fee. Furthermore, a
participant will be allocated a seat in an upcoming class based upon future
availability.
cimdi also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the class five working
days prior to the start date.
